Dakota Fanning is an american actress. She is best known for her roles as a child actress. She starred in I Am Sam, War of the Worlds, and Charlotte’s Web. She has since started with older roles in Push, Twilight Series, The Runaways and The Motel Life.
Dakota Fanning was born on February 23, 1994 in Conyers, Georgia. She attended Montessori School of Covington. She is the elder sister of Elle Fanning. She started acting when she was 5. In 2001, Fanning was chosen to star opposite Sean Penn in the movie I Am Sam. She received nomination for Screen Actors Guild Award. She is the youngest nominee in history, she was only seven years old at the time. She played Tom Cruise’s liitle daughter in War of the Worlds. She played rocker Cherie Currie in The Runaways.
Dakota Fanning began dating British model Jamie Strachan in 2013.
